By making your purchase, you are confirming that you have read and agree to all the information provided in the terms and conditions, including shipping , warranty, repair , exchange and return policies; and that you know the care you should have with each of your jewels.
In addition, it is important that you are clear about the following points:
TIME
Your in-stock order will be shipped within the next 5 to 7 business days. If, for some reason it is not in stock, you will be contacted to solve the problem in the best possible way.
Orders that are made during times with a higher workload may take a little longer than mentioned at the time of purchase and you will be informed by email.
SIZES
It is important that you review the size guide if you are going to buy a ring. As these are products with very limited stock or are made to order, you must make sure that it fits the indicated finger well. If you need to make a size adjustment, you should consider that it has an associated cost depending on the case.
PACKING
Each jewel goes in its individual bag, inside a box per purchase and a cleaning cloth, so you can keep your jewel clean. A maximum of 4 jewels goes in each box. If you buy more than one item and need them to go in an individual box, write it down at the time of purchase. Please be aware of the environment and do not order more than one box if it is not really necessary.
PRICES
The displayed prices comply with the provisions of the Consumer Law Protection Law in Chile, so that at all times you will know the final price of each of the products, which include taxes and are expressed in Euros or Chilean Pesos
We reserve the right to make changes to offers and prices without prior notice, excluding current orders. In the event of any price difference between the website, Instagram or another, the price published on this website will always be sent and respected.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the product or service.
Nor are we responsible for the commission interest that your bank may charge when making purchases with credit. It is the customer's responsibility to take into account the interests of his own bank.
If at the time of making the purchase, for some reason, proof of sale is not made by Transbank, it means that there is a connection problem between the user's bank and Transbank (it can be waiting time, connection problems, among others). and, since there is no proof of sale, it is considered an unsuccessful sale. If this happens but you see the discount in the bank, it does not mean that the purchase was made, but that the bank is making a security hold on the money, which is usually released between 48 to 72 hours. It is the sole responsibility of the client to process with his bank the return of the withheld money . If there is no receipt in the Transbank system, Arista Joyas will not send any purchase, much less refund the money.
PRODUCTS
At Arista, the jewelery creation process is completely handmade, so each jewel is made 100% by hand, in noble metals and natural stones. Each piece has a lot of dedication and, therefore, it must be treated and cared for with a lot of love.
The metals used are Silver 950 and Silver 925. What does each one mean? First you have to understand that 999 Silver (in its purest state) is very malleable and soft, so it must be alloyed with another metal, in this case Copper, to give it greater hardness. Therefore, 950 and 925 indicate the proportion of silver and copper that each jewel has.
950 Silver is 95% Silver + 5% Copper and it is what I use to make all the jewels.
925 Silver is 92.5% Silver + 7.5% Copper and you can find it in chains and earring backs which, being much thinner, require greater hardness. The chains are not made by hand (with some exceptions), they are purchased from external suppliers and are generally made of Italian Silver.
All stones are natural and therefore may have variations in color and size. Please note that depending on your screen and settings, the colors shown may not be exact.
The stones originate from different parts of the world and are only purchased from suppliers established mainly in three places: Jaipur, India (where I have been working with three stoners for more than four years), the United States and Chile.
