All Arista jewelry considers a period of 90 days (since the purchase is made) in which you can demand the guarantee of your product as indicated in article 20 of the Consumer Protection Law on Chile. You are buying 100% handmade products that may present manufacturing details (since the hand is not exact) but are NOT considered a fault.
The guarantee covers problems caused by material and manufacturing faults that will be repaired free of charge after being reviewed in the workshop. If after we repair your jewel, within a period of 90 days it presents problems again, you can choose to exchange the product or refund.
All jewels that have been damaged by improper use, such as: deformed rings, crushed or broken stones (product of falls or crushing), chains cut by jerks or external force, natural scratches due to use, bent parts, are not covered by the guarantee. , darkening of the silver due to contact with the air, PH of the skin (a process that is completely normal), contact with chemicals, among other damages. All damage will be evaluated under good judgment at the time of entering the requirement.
REPAIRS
With good care, your jewel should not present any problems. If your piece falls, bends or breaks due to misuse, it can be fixed, but keep in mind that it has an additional cost associated with it since many times the process is to make the jewel again.
If it was intervened by third parties and modifications or arrangements have been made to an Arista jewel, the entire guarantee will be immediately void. Therefore, if you need to make any adjustments, a small adjustment or a size change, contact us directly at hola@aristajoyas.cl . The size adjustment has a base cost of €20 and depends on the number of sizes that must be changed and the ring model. The deadlines for the size adjustment will be 30 days from the delivery of the jewel.
* In all cases, a visit to the workshop can be scheduled to bring the products. In case of not being able to, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
